I placed an online order for carryout at 6:10p. I was informed my order would be ready in 15 minutes. My husband went to pickup our order 20 minutes after it was placed. Upon arriving, he found out part of our order was given to another customer. He ended up waiting 25 minutes at the restaurant for our order to be completed. In total, that is exactly 45 minutes after our order was placed. To make matters worse, one of the managers were totally rude and unprofessional towards my husband. He explained how long he had waited and that part of our order had been given away, which took longer for our order to be completed. We go here often and it’s alaays good so this does not reflect the people who work there. They are nice! Now coupons?? I tried using coupons we got in the mail, and all of them said that store doesn’t honor them. I even filled out the survey on the back for 10 dollars off. It then said that store doesn’t honor that either. it was kind of annoying. Edit:came here again, they were super nice, the wings tasted awesome and fresh and the sanitation rate is up.
