I usually order from Pizza Hut near HEB, but I stopped getting food from there because it was consistently disappointing. I decided to give it another chance since it was convenient on my way home, but that turned out to be a mistake. The pizza lacked flavor and had insufficient pepperoni and beef. Additionally, the staff forgot to include the marinara sauce for the cheese sticks, which weren't even cut into pieces. To top it off, the pizza crust was dry and tough! Overall, it's a very disappointing place to order food from, and the menu is definitely not worth it!
I ordered from Pizza Hut last night and waited for two hours. When I called to check, they said they were out of chicken wings and hadn't prepared my full order or informed me. We ended up canceling the order. It feels like they're just trying to make money without delivering. The service is terrible, and I will never order from Pizza Hut again. To make matters worse, I was still charged after canceling. I had to contact my bank to stop the payment. The Pizza Hut menu was misleading and disappointing.
This Pizza Hut lacks consistency. Sometimes the pizza is great, but other times it feels more like Little Caesars. Ordering a pizza with no toppings is really a gamble!
Pizza Hut doesn’t pay attention to orders. I requested extra pepperoni from the menu and received something different. This isn’t the first time it’s happened.
