Went prior to a visit to the Odeon Cinema next door. Staff were very helpful and friendly………that’s where the superlatives end! £50 for 2 adults and 1 child, for what I can only describe as a supermarket frozen pizza! I honestly don’t remember Pizza Hut pizzas being this poor, absolute garbage. Very Thin as was the toppings. Pepperoni feast was the pizza I ordered. My wife had the same but paid extra for the stuffed crust. She said hers was alright. I’m afraid I will be voting with my feet, I certainly won’t be in a rush to go back into Pizza Hut . Just like all the other chains now, the products have been cheapened and the quality is inferior. Save your money and buy yourself a good quality...
Absolutely disgusting food. I've ordered pizza hut takeaway from this branch about 5 times in the past two years, each time hoping the next time will be better than the last, but if anything, IT'S GOT WORSE! Absolutely disgusting freezing cold, greasy pizzas where the cheese tastes off. Sides are either half cooked, freezing cold or extremely stale. They constantly forget the dips. The cookie dough used to be so nice, for the past two years it has been like water, not nice to look at and not nice to eat, even though it costs a fortune. I have learned my lesson this time and will never order from pizza hut ever again. It's nasty.
I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. We stopped by on our way back home to the northeast after a day at the Manchester Royal Infirmary. We hadn't been to Pizza Hut in years, so we decided to try it out. It was an hour wasted. The pizza was bland and overpriced at £26.99 for just 8 slices. The salad bar was disappointing - it looked like it had been sitting out for a week and was at room temperature. We left feeling unhappy, hungry, and ripped off. The bathrooms were also filthy.
We have been going to this restaurant for over 22 years,but due to covid outbreak,and bring clinically vulnerable we haven't been for 3 years. It was our 1st meal out for 3 years,as we're both clinically vulnerable,and I have been left with severe anxiety since. So today was my hubby's 65th birthday so I bit the bullet and decided yo try,even though the anxiety on my shoulder was screaming noooo.lol Well,I nearly bolted twice,well 3 times if you include when bill came Réservez une table maintenant
Chris who was dealing with our table of 19 people was extremely helpful, kind, patient and even when we mentioned a friend was coming 45 mins later he came back to us before we called him. He was friendly nice and considerate down to every last detail! His mannerisms were off the chart. The food also was very tasty and he helped us to get the best deal. I would certainly visit again as well as my other friends would do too. Thank you :
Pizza Hut consistently fails to meet expectations. The food is flavorless and overpriced, with a limited menu that doesn't appeal to everyone. The self-service drink and ice cream stations result in unruly children running amok, creating chaos and causing long lines and disorder. While the staff work diligently, their numbers are insufficient. The restaurant's outdated business model is in desperate need of a complete overhaul.
I took my 4-year-old granddaughter for lunch and was shocked by the prices - it felt like daylight robbery! Despite promising her pizza, I was disappointed to pay £28.50 for just one 11-inch pizza, a coke, latte, and ice cream. Goodbye Pizza Hut, I won't be coming back anytime soon!
We made a mistake with the ordering system and the manager was extremely helpful and all the staff were great. He sorted out the situation quickly and we are very grateful to him. He is a credit to the company. We would definitely return. Réservez une table maintenant
