Thank goodness you can dine in again! We were seated quickly and they were pretty busy. They had 2 ladies working the dining room and they were quite attentive to our needs. Food came out quickly and was as ordered, hot, and fresh. The taste was great. I'm so used to eating it 30 mins after it was cooked for take out. Dine in is the way to go. My only complaint really was that the inside is DARK! So much so that we used our cell phone lights to look at the menu. Please Pizza hut... Put some lights in this place even if it's the ugly hanging ones from the old days. Overall it was a good experience. A really high 4, but not quite a 5 since I couldn't see the menu or what I was eating without u...
Ordered 2 pizzas, a pepperoni and a meat lovers...received a pepperoni pepperoni with no sauce and a meat lovers that had mushrooms/onions and peppers- definitely not meat lovers. Takes half an hour to get there so it’s ridiculous that attention to detail lacked…GM called without prompting and we chatted. Acknowledged the issue and working on it. Went back twice since and had much better experiences.
Ordered two days ago, food was great. It was just the driver, I didn’t tip online as I didn’t feel like it and didn’t want to spend any more money. When he got to my apartment unit door he was like “ can you give me a tip “, I ended up giving him one but workers aren’t allowed to ask for a tip at all.
I just wanted to mention that this restaurant has a very unprofessional RGM. She speaks to both her employees and customers in a disrespectful manner. I believe she should be let go, as she lacks essential management skills. After witnessing her behavior, I'm not sure if I would return.
