went to lunch with my son and was not impressed at all. we were asked to put us while tables were deleted by the manager, although there were at least 5 empty tables that were ready. after a past we decided to sit on a table and none of the waiters or manager approached us to ask what we wanted to order. we then asked if we could go for the buffet to which the manager said: “yes”! we asked for drinks and the manager showed us in the direction of the beverage machine! the pizza was lukewarm, very chewing and tasteless, and the various salat creams were not marked and the opposite around it was chaotic. I would not visit this restaurant again and the customer service is zero, so not recommended.
Visited on a weekday for their lunchtime buffet and wasn’t that busy. On arrival we were saw waiting but kept waiting far longer than was necessary. We were then seated and left for a while. There is no urgency with the staff who seem to...just ponder around at their own leisure. Food was ok, salad could have been fresher and not a lot of variety pizza wise. varieties at the Thurmaston one. One thing which was terrible was the plates. They were disgusting and hadn’t been washed properly. The cutlery was on the tables in pots with the menus, salt, pepper etc and these were dirty too. The fastest thing was the bill and the lady who bought it was the politest. Definitely room for improvement.
especially worst asked for BBQ sauce, but “less sauce” option and none drizzled top. when it came, it was covered in it. jade just said, "I thought." I couldn't care less. only the cost for drinks is deducted. to cover everything we've gone, nobody has confirmed us. the personal needs a way out.
