We live outside of town, so my husband called to pre order dinner on his way home Saturday (Dec 15, 2018). He thought he ordered the full “Box deal”. He goes to pick it up and there is only one box (no boneless bites), so...he goes back in thinking that the girl just forgot them. Yeah they forgot them alright, they never even put them on! You had one job, put the whole order in the oven not just parts of it. I’m hoping that the girl was new and just overwhelmed. But this is not the first time we’ve had issues at this location. we have tented in parry sound. family members lived in a holiday home in the surroundings. we all met on the pizza hut for dinner on a Tuesday night before we went to the car ride on the city dock. we have long waited to be...seated, order our food and get our order. the server was very pleasant and tried its best, but it was the only employee on the customer side of the restaurant seat customers, ordering and serving. a worker from the kitchen delivered some of the food to tables. we were the third family in the restaurant when we arrived and when we placed our order, the restaurant was mostly full. this place needs a lot more employees at dinner. we waited a very long time for 2 large pizz...
I guess I thought I'd age out of my love of pan pizzas, but here I am in my thirties still entertaining the occasional craving for one. Stopped in for an early dinner and while the place was quiet the kids at the table next...to us sure weren't! Not at all the restaurant's fault, but makes it tough to enjoy your experience when you can't hear one another talk. The service was good though, and the food exactly what we ordered, and pretty cheap as well. I got my pan pizza fix, had a good greek salad with lots of feta, and got out having spent less than I thought. Not bad!
I would rate this pizza hut 0 if it were possible. our choices in parry sound were limited in the late evening, and we thought a chain pizza would be reliable. 2 medium size pizzas and 1 drink ordered. the online prices were misleading and...our two very usual pizzas and a drink costs $42.35! the pizzas were appalling dry crust, tiny pieces red pfeffer etc. the thinnest layer of cheese and burnt! I suppose this two g of pizza hat is not typical, or the chain would be out of operation. Réservez une table maintenant
My family and I have eaten here several times as we live nearby. Service is usually slow to seat us and take order, but once order is taken, food cones out hot and in a normal time frame. Cleanliness is an issue most times. Today,...as we walked in, three staff were by the backdoor smoking, which just grossed me out and I’m hoping hands were washed upon coming back inside. We will go again but only expect “average” all around.
Worst place ever. Called to order 10 pizzas for a special occasion and they say thy have no dough like really it’s a pizza place, and to top it off the person on the phone was rude. Won’t ever ever support this place ever. And...will be sure to tell everyone not to go there.
