Looking for a family friendly meal we checked out the local Pizza Hut. I checked their site, saw what looked to be a great deal, and placed my order. At the online checkout the meal turned out to be considerably more expensive than was advertised, thinking this was an error I called the store. The staff told me to try the site again and perhaps the price would correct itself, and that the order could only be placed online. Having the site open before me I replied that the site did not state that it was online only, whereas other deals did. He assured me he couldn't honour the price as the till wouldn't let him ring it in, but if the site didn't work after another try he would do a price over...
I called in my order 1/2 hour before I would be there to pick it up. First thing is the guy on the phone could not get my number right, he asked for it 4 times. Finely got he got it. Then I gave him my order. He gave me a total and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I showed up there 25 minutes later, gave him my name asked if my order was ready, I was informed no it was not. I said you have to kidding me, he said no it's not ready. I said while cancel the order please as I can't wait. This is the third time this has happened to me. Now I will not be going back there. It only runs good when the manager is there, other wise the staff he has running it on s Sunday just don't care, at this r...
We stopped in for a late lunch two adults two kids. The drinks arrived and we ordered a kids pizza a large pizza and a pasta dish. There was literally nobody else in the place at this point, so why service was this slow I don't know.The kids pizza arrived first, not sure if on purpose, but welcomed anyway to keep kid happy.Next pizza came and no pasta. Both pizzas eaten and still no pasta. We asked where it was and they checked with the chef, a small bowl within a much larger bowl arrived and had a child's portion (I kid you not) of pasta and cheese. I ordered lasagna and got rotini. When I told our server that this wasn't lasagna he said yes it is, we don't use the flat noodles anymore. What? Then it's not lasagna! The two measly pieces of garlic toast that came with it were also less than worth mentioning as far as size goes. There was only four of us but our dinners didn't even come out at the same time. It seemed like our server was also the host, the cashier and possibly the dishwasher too? Maybe it was an off night, but our experience wasn't that great. Maybe we'll try it again if we're up there to give them the benefit of the doubt.

I like Pizza Hut Pizzas, so I was quite excited when they opened in Prince George. Then I tried to place a delivery order ... and I got so frustrated that I just hung up and ordered from another place. A BAZILLION of questions, trying to tell me that I need to tell them "my room number" when I tell them that I am working at a Hotel Front Desk ... then they don't do this and then they don't do that ... hey guys ... not doing it at all. I will order from Domino's ... they take my call, and they are here ... and not a thousand questions before I can order my Pizza.
Saw the $10 lunch buffet sign and thought I'd give it a try. A small salad bar, 2 pasta dishes and several pizzas and desserts. Lots of variety and the pizza kept coming out from the kitchen. A steady stream. The apple dessert pizza was good and wouldn't be something that I'd have normally tried or ordered. Very good service and food. Great lunch choice.
Ordered for delivery. We were told 40 minutes which we thought was reasonable. Food was there in just under 30 minutes which was a good surprise. Pizza as expected as were the bread sticks. Same as what we were use to from Pizza Hut.Cookie pizza was a hit for the kids.
The food is good, the service is fast. Wasn't the greatest pizza I had, but it certainly wasn't the worst one either. I would go there again because it definitely is comfort food, a lot better than some of it . The cookie pizza was a nice touch for desert.

It is really mind-boggling as to how this location declines to accept coupons or chain-wide promotions offered by Pizza Hut. Also, cannot handle busy hours very well. Pizza is fine - just like any other Pizza Hut.
