Waited close to 1.5 hrs for my delivery. After calling 12 times with no response to find out the status. I ended up having to drive there only to have the driver deliver as I was on line in pizza hut. On my way back my mother called to let me know a part of the order was missing. She tried calling pizza hut and no one answered so I had to drive back to get a refund for the missing portion of the order. The food was delivered cold, all the pizza?s cheese were burnt as well. Also good to mention there were 4 workers and not one person bothered to check the phone lines meanwhile the manager was in the back office. Management is lacking and could use revamping. I called at 5:30 pm got the answering thing. They said they would connect me to to shop I needed. It rang once then I was disconnected. I had to call again. Finnally got my order placed. They told me one price a time then when I told them delivery they gave me a different time to get it to me a different price. I was annoyed but ok. They wwere an hour or so late with cold pizza. Then they expect a tip ?? Are you kidding me.
Really disappointed. I ordered online for pick up and came and waited for an hour to receive my food, beyond the scheduled time. The least they could do is be sorry for it or provide somecomplementary drinks or something.They are not at all sorry about what happened or why the delay was there; and instead when asked if they could at least provide a complementary drink, they refused.Unbelievable!!!
Classic dine in Pizza Hut pizza restaurant.. reminds me of the 90's when these were everywhere. What's a Dominoes or a Papa John's!? It was always Pizza Hut.. deep dish, stuffed crust.. meat lovers. Nostalgia made me give you 5 stars, but the service was great too.

Had a pizza party for my son's birthday. I ordered 8 pizzas to be picked up in about an hour and a half window. It was all perfect, everything was exactly as ordered which is especially nice for me because I live about a half hour away.
Very disappointed. Ordered bbq chicken with bacon and onions. The bacon was just fat hardly no BBQ or it was flavorless. Just not good. Will definitely be ordering domino's for those pizza so much better.
They are so unprofessional we order over the phone but they gave me completely different order and they didn?t even try to cover my order . Manager just hang up on me .
On a roadtrip and ordered for pickup. Service was great. Pizza was nice and hot. Toppings portion was amazing! Loved my experience here. Thanks
