I ordered the chicken alfredo, but they informed me they were out of it. Next, I tried to order the pfefferoni pizza along with some cheesy breadsticks, but unfortunately, they were also out of the breadsticks. The young man at the counter was extremely kind and apologetic about the situation, even though it wasn't his fault. I appreciate his excellent customer service, so I give him all the stars!

I waited 20 to 30 minutes without being attended to by anyone in a suit. When I finally inquired about my order, I was told that they didn't have the item I wanted. This has never been a problem when I’ve ordered from this restaurant in the past. If I could, I wouldn’t give them any stars.

Terrible service. They said their system was down, but as soon as I walked out, they served the next customer without any problems. What a ridiculous excuse.
I visited the Mülddienst restaurant, and they said their system was down. They laughed about it, yet quickly served the next customer who came in.
