Not much for reviews but this had to be posted. Both humerous and maddening rolled into one. Arrive for curb side pizza and 10 minutes after goes by and no walk up. I go inside, ask for my curbside pizza and they can't figure out where it is. 5 min later guys walks in and says this isn't my veggie lovers pizza its meat lovers. Worker takes said pizza from him and hands it to me. I say, you can't give me this pizza. She says why?....why. She said why cant I give you this pizza. I said because I don't know where this pizza has been, and you can't give food to a customer that has been in another customer's hands. Oh and ya know the whole corona virus thing going around. She said, well it'll tak...
If I could give a 0 stars I would this is the second time this place does this to me they took over an hour to get to my house when I live 5 minutes away from this location and when we got our food we asked if there was anything we needed to sign and she said no unless you want to give me a tip she asked for a tip are you kidding me and look how our food came! When I called and called they kept hanging up on me after I kept exposing that the text notification about my order were saying they left over 30 minutes ago they still were not at my house and again I live 5 minutes away from this location I will never be ordering from here again
My family's go-to place to order out pizza! The service has always been great and we've been getting pizza from here for a few years now. Their service is pretty efficient and prices are great for the pizzas. Staff are all friendly and provide great service! The pizzas from here are all pretty great as well. They have a really nice variety, including different pizza sauces other than the classic tomato sauce. One of my favorites include a sauce that tastes like alfredo. Definitely will keep ordering from here in the future, great location!
Whenever I want pizza and pasta, Pizza Hut is my place to go! There's many different types of pizza crust, toppings, sides, and pastas to choose from. I usually order online and it's super easy and convenient whenever I go pick up the food, the service is really fast too. I like the garlic buttery crust on the pizza for toppings I usually get pepperoni, chicken, pineapple and mushrooms. The alfredo pasta with chicken here is really tasty too! There's always coupons/ deals at Pizza Hut too so the pizza is inexpensive!

We are extremely dissatisfied with our order. It arrived over 40 minutes later than expected. We requested extra sauce on the pizza, but there was none. The app prompted us to leave a tip, but given the poor service I received when I called for an update on my order, I feel taken advantage of.
UPDATE: I ordered a pizza and wings, but I was surprised to find out that the wings didn’t come with ranch. When I went inside to pick up my order, that same staff member charged me extra for ranch. I've never been charged for ranch at any other Pizza Hut when I order wings. It's ridiculous!
Ordered dinner box that comes with cinnamon and cheese sticks. Cheap and fast. Picked it up. Got home no sauce for both of the sticks. Very disappointed. Too far to drive back. They have one job. How difficult is it to check and double check items ordered. Had to ask for napkins.
This is the worst service I have ever gotten from a pizza place pizza took over 1hr and when it got here was cold call to complain was put on hold and transferred 3 time and kept on hold you win I will never spend another penny at this place pirate pizza here we come

I like this Pizza Hut. The nice credit back my account after I made hugh mistake by ordering from the wrong Pizza Hut around 3ish on March 12, 20. Thank you young Lady.
Yes, the Diamond Bar Pizza Hut has closed down. It was never as good as it was under the management of America. They really had some fantastic pan pizza.
