I seriously doubt I will ever eat here again. The outside look new and fresh but when I walked in it was not clean. Floors were not swept, sanitizer bottles were low, tables were dirty, salad bar was low and a mess. I just figured maybe they had just finished the lunch rush. There was only one clean table available. However, none of the employees ever attempted to clean the previously mentioned areas the entire time I was there which was about 20 to 30 minutes. Once customers came in the manager bolted to the back of the store never to be seen again. I placed my order with the pick 2 lunch special and a glass of water. The lady took my order and start making personal calls on her cell phone...
I placed an order at 4:38 pm to be delivered at 7:00 pm. When it hadn’t arrived at 7:10 pm, I called to check its status. I was assured it was out for delivery and would be there in 2-3 minutes. At 7:30 pm, it still hadn’t arrived, so I called again. I was given every excuse (I’m new here, there are some kinks with the online ordering system, we have one delivery guy, etc). And I was told that our delivery guy was out on another delivery then ours was next. Finally, at 7:35, our order arrived.
