Quite possibly the worst dining experience I have had in 47 years. I took two hungry teenagers to dine in. The running joke was what did I do to make the waitress mad from the get go. It took 20 minutes to take our drink order. 10 more minutes to bring the drinks. We ordered a large pizza and breadsticks. At 50 minutes they brought breadsticks. After watching other tables come in, order and get their food first I go to the counter to complain. I was informed that the other tables ordered their food before they got there. I'm sure. The worst pizza we've ever had. Overcooked, no sauce, cheese broke apart into weird chunks, tons of burnt Italian seasoning on top, and an off flavor. Dissected the pizza to see what the off taste was, and still couldn't figure it out. It tasted off with just the bread, but the flavor was in the cheese too, maybe the cooking oil is bad? We order this regularly with extra sauce so its not bone dry along with wings and they even managed to make the wings bad. We only ordered 8 and one was just a tiny bit of breading, but still counted as a wing. For what they charge per wing they should have given us 8 actual wings. Took a long time to get drinks ordered. No one even said “be right with you.” Or anything. Ordered a grilled chicken salad and the tomatoes on it were rotten and fermented. The waitress was kind and took it off the bill and gave me a plate for salad bar at no charge. I had very small salad from there but i was already pretty grossed out at having rotten food in my mouth. I havent been to pizza hut in 15 years because the last time i had it i got food poisoning! Just bad luck with pizza hut.
