I haven't ordered from this restaurant in over a year because the owner/manager is unapproachable. Every time I ordered from this location, the pizza turned out terrible. It was either overcooked or served cold. I'd rather make the effort to go to another place, even if it's farther away, rather than order from this spot, which is just down the road from me. Honestly, I wish I could give it negative stars.
Absolutely the worst restaurant in Cleveland i have never been soooo disrespected in my life. I was told order or pick up. I said I just wanted to use the restroom real quick. I was told again order or pick up the restroom was for paying customers only. I said i would buy something. she said that's how this works order or pick up or get out.
I would never buy a pizza from Pizza Hut again, especially the one in Lakewood. The pizza sauce tasted like it had vinegar in it—it was super tangy and bitter, and it just didn't taste right. I will definitely not be returning to this location or any Pizza Hut in the future. If you enjoy delicious pizza, I recommend going somewhere else!
Ordered a pizza for delivery online. My card was charged. It was a 40 minute wait. After 2 hours I called the store. They claimed they didn't have an order associated with my phone number. Filed a complaint on the pizza hut website. They said they'd reach out in 3 days. Three weeks later and still nothing. Réservez une table maintenant
Made an online order today and was taken by door dash and was never delivered. No care was put into locating my food and was told I will get a 20 dollar pickup credit. My order was $25 in total. I will never order from this establishment ever again
Our local Pizza Hut on Detroit and 117th in Cleveland is top notch. Food is all ways hot and fresh. Great quality. Delivery driver is always pleasant and fun to interact with. The marinara sauce is excellent. Go to place for thin crust.
very bad contractor, firm office was even worse, they don't give us are $41.00 cuz we found the horns of the girl in both pizzas. my daughter almost crocheted,
Pizza was fresh ? need to re order. Who ever made it that day was good usually I buy from here and the pizza is cold or to much sauce but that day was fresh Réservez une table maintenant
The staff was not clean. There was a beetle in the kitchen. The cooks did not wear gloves while preparing food and even took items out of the trash.
