What is the sense of pre-ordering online if the order is not going to be ready anyway?Because it was Halloween we figured we better order early. Placed order on line 5 hrs before pick up time. Arrived on time for pick up and server could not find order. Finally found our order in the preparation line. I asked if the pizza was is the oven yet and they said yes. As I was paying for the order I asked again if the pizzas were in the oven, again was told yes. How come it toke another 15 minutes for the order to be ready if it only takes 10 minutes to cook.....you do the math.....this is the second time the owner has lied to me regarding the timing of our orders......just tell the truth.....yes it...
I am frustrated with the pre-ordering process at this restaurant. Despite placing my order online 5 hours before the pick-up time on Halloween, my order was not ready when I arrived on time. After some confusion, my order was eventually found in the preparation line. I was told that the pizzas were in the oven, but it took an additional 15 minutes for them to be ready, even though they only take 10 minutes to cook. This is the second time the owner has been dishonest about the timing of my orders, and it is the lack of transparency that bothers me the most. I understand that it was a busy night, but I would prefer honesty over deception.
They just can't get it right. You would think that after being in business for so long they would know how to organize themselves. Online ordering says pick up in 20 to 30 minutes. Show up in 30 to find pizza is not even in the oven again! What are they waiting for you to walk in the door before they do? Why order online ahead? I am looking for a good pizza in Bradford. Any suggestions?
