I live in the area and always order pick up from this Pizza Pizza. I am a Celiac/ have a severe Gluten Allergy. I always order the same cheese gluten free pizza using my app. When I pick up my pizza, the staff always assures me it is gluten free when giving me my box. A few weeks ago, I ordered a regular cheese pizza for my family using the app. When my family went to pick it up, the staff double checked with them because they recognized my name on the order and were concerned that it wasn’t gluten free. They wanted to ensure I didn’t make an error in ordering and don’t by accidentally eat the pizza. Today, I ordered a gluten free pizza again but Pizza Pizza’s gluten free dough had changed....
When I walk into a restaurant, the first thing I notice is how the workers are wearing their masks and if they are doing so properly. In this particular restaurant, I observed that out of the 3 male employees, one of them had his mask incorrectly worn under his chin. When I mentioned this to the other workers and expressed my concern about the importance of mask safety during the pandemic, one of them assured me that safety is their top priority. However, I couldn't help but wonder why they allowed their coworker to wear his mask improperly if safety is truly their top priority.
The restaurant always serves fresh piping hot pizza. Very clean and sanitary. Greatly exceeds customer expectations. Very welcoming staff who provide amazing service. Overall a great experience and will be returning regularly.
This pizza pizza is literally behind my street and this is my first time ordering from here! Pizza very good, the wow is the cinnamon sticks!!! Like oh my god extremely tasty and crispy!
