I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with bacon, but I received one with regular sauce instead. When I called to speak with the manager about the mix-up, he argued with me rather than offering a solution. He mentioned that he received different information from one of his employees than what I had ordered. I tried to explain that I had been disconnected and had to place my order again, providing my payment information a second time. This isn't the first time I've experienced issues like this. I won't be ordering from Watertown Pizza Ranch again! Service: 1 star.

This is the first time I've ever been to a Pizza Ranch. I could not be more disappointed! There were hardly any pizzas in the buffet (three). The pizza was OLD! Saw two employees cross contaminate and touch food with bare hands after touching their face. Took 45 minutes to get the pizza we ordered and it was not fully cooked and missing toppings. There were only two other customers in the restaurant. I counted 4 employees which all seem to be not around... Réservez une table maintenant
I've gone to this place many times but today my hubby order me wings. They were all dry hardly any sauce I didn't get a ranch. I ate 1 and I was upset because I was hoping to get fresh wings which they were not. I can't even give this to my Dog very disappointed with the service tonight. $20 for dry wings, wow how sad that you guys can't even do an order of wings right!! There goes my Dinner Thanks a lot for the poor service!!!!!!!!
There were five of us in our group, and calling it a buffet would be an understatement. There were only two half pizzas, no salad, no fruit, and just four pieces of chicken available. When we raised this issue with the woman in the dining room, she mentioned that there was another party in a private room. It seemed like our needs as paying customers didn't matter. We would not recommend dining here.
