There are informative talks by the zoo keepers during weekends only, on other days you can scan a QR code for more info on the animals and watch the TV screens. Such a great little zoo with heaps of animals to see. The location is super convenient and easy to get to. Unfortunately we didn’t get her name but we talked to a female zookeeper who brought all the kangaroos over. We got to pet them which was incredible and she had a lot of knowledge about the animals so shout out to this amazing worker.

Fun place to stop for a couple of hours and see some Aussie wildlife. Cool set up where you can see quite a few famous animals, reptiles, bugs and more. It was a great stop and value in conjunction with the aquarium next door. Recommend for families with kiddos.

Quite small for a zoo but still plenty of animals on offer for viewing. Very educational and is a pleasant walk of about 2 to 3 hours for the whole place. Nice for families with small kids or primary schools on a school trip.
