"Lovely food and service when we arrived, however they were very short of staff on the evening we visited on (17/08) and the service quickly dipped off. We would visit again, I hope they are able to employ more staff in the meantime."

After having a very nice meal. The management decided to put the Aircon on to cold right above our table. We had finished our meal but we're relaxing with our wine. It be came very cold right above us . Bearing in mind it is January and cold. We we told the manager he just shrugged and said it was put on as there was a lot of people. The restaurant was not full. He said you can move to another table but refused to put it off . Very bad customer service We had to move to finish our wine without being blasted with cold area. Such a Shame the Manager does not care about his customers. We spoke to him in Spanish, so he understood our disappointment but just ignored us
This Italian dinner was delicious. We were a bit skeptical about visiting as our family had been and not had the best experience but we could not fault the food. The capricciosa pizza was one of the best I’ve ever had. The carbonara was delicious and the seafood linguine was so tasty (although it said it came with mussels and there weren’t any) Service was quite slow. There was a packet of crisps on the table when we sat down which we assumed were complementary but then later we were charged about €4 for them which I thought was really cheeky! We did have a lovely evening though, and would definitely return!
