We got very good pizza in the Bahnhöfli restaurant. The service is very friendly. We were lucky that we got a table that was immediately available. In high season it is probably better to make a reservation. The selection of different pizzas is very large, including several white ones to choose from. We all had pizza but there are many other dishes too. Requests for changes to dishes are not a problem and are implemented correctly.
The pizza’s were ready on time. We took them to our hotel but they were very dissapointing. All 4 pizza’s with cheese were extremely greasy. It seems like it was baked with a load of oil and my children only ate a few pieces and then felt nauseous. It didn’t taste good and it was so fat that it can’t be ok to finish something greasy like this. And the pizza’s were quite pricey as well. A waste of money.
At the end of multiple days backpacking the Via Alpina with 1.6km daily elevation gain, their genuinely caring service and spot-on food were exactly the perfect conclusion. The tomato soup was literally perfect and the sorbets beautifully done! Note that this evaluation is from an American Culinary Federation professional Chef. 33. francs are definitely too expensive for a menu with 5 dl of iced tea and a coffee. First, only and last time!! Note: Self knowledge is the best way to get better!!
Very good food, quick and good service. cozy atmosphere. Price is very reasonable for the quality you get. The menu includes swiss/european food and pizzas.
