I recently ordered two chicken Caesar salads for delivery and was extremely disappointed. The salads were soggy and barely had any chicken. I usually would contact the restaurant to address my dissatisfaction, but with a price tag of $33 for two salads of low quality, I felt it was not worth the effort. I suggest spending your money elsewhere at one of the nearby restaurants. However, after posting my review, the restaurant reached out to me promptly to rectify the situation. While I appreciate their efforts, I declined a refund. I have updated my rating from one star to two due to their attentive customer service.
Just had two chicken ceasar salads delivered...disgusting! Soggy lettuce, almost no chicken...awful. Normally I would call and talk to a restaurant if I am dissatisfied, but if you charge $33 for 2 salads and its this bad you don't deserve the courtesycall. Spend your money wisely on one of the other surrounding establishments. Update: The restaurant read my review andimmediately called me back to try to make it right. I recognize and appreciate their efforts, but I declined a refund. I changedmy original rating from one star to two for the customer service efforts.
The food at this restaurant is delicious and the staff is friendly. I always order takeout on my way home and I have never had any issues with my order. I have been coming here for a year and I am always satisfied. Keep up the great work, Bruno's!

The food here is consistently amazing and has been for years. Since the pandemic, the delivery drivers here follow all the protocols! It's all about attention to detail, and it shows. The Bianca pizza is mindblowing!!
