Pizzeria Castello - Réservation de table

Zuerst muss ich mal sagen, dass wir schon lange Kunde sind und teilweise ein- bis zweimal die Woche bei Castello bestellen. Bisher war immer alles in Ordnung. Allerdings haben wir heute etwas per Abholung bestellt. Die 60 Minuten Lieferzeit empfanden wird persönlich etwas zu lang, so dass wir nach Absprache unser Essen abholten. Wir haben im Voraus 1,50 Euro Lieferkosten bezahlt, welche durch ein 0,33 Liter Softgetränk ausgeglichen wurden. Zuhause stellten wir dann fest, dass eine Pizza nicht wie bestellt, ohne Parmaschinken gemacht wurde. Als wir bei einem weiteren Telefonat auf den Fehler aufmerksam gemacht haben, sollten wir die neue Pizza abholen. Dies wurde von uns verneint, so dass die...

Falscher bzw fehlender Belag auf der Pizza, lange Wartezeit trotz Abholung und der Ton macht die Musik. Abstand halten. Und wenn ihre Mitarbeiter 1 von 2 nicht unterscheiden können,sollten sie eventuell nochmal einen Sprachkurs belegen. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

eating was really good for a delivery service. everything was hot and delicious. the only but distinct critique point was the very long waiting period of almost 1.5 hours after a delivery time of 30 to 55 minutes was initially displayed.

I'm aware that the delivery can last longer on the day, but 1:45 is a bit too long, so eating was lukewarm to cold.

order 3 or 4 via delivery. this is delicious and still came hot with us. is not too far, but still top

the carvings were okay. the pizza was however very similar to a frozen pizza from the look and taste.

the pizzas were ok, but the prices per liferando are more expensive.
