The hammer! The best calcone I've ever eaten. Looks great. Gold-brown crust, completely baked with cheese. The edge crispy, but not dry. The filling only with fresh ingredients, fresh mushrooms, cheese, ham, egg...., super fluffy . The service is very nice and friendly, very appealing modern and yet cozy ambience.
