We have been to other Pizza No. 900 in Montreal but the Brossard (dix30) location stands out due to the worst customer experience we've had. We came here to celebrate our son's birthday and the hostess that attend to us showed little to no customer service and seemed somewhat distract; it turns out she might have been in a hurry to end her shift.First off we ordered the antipasti for sharing, it comes out of the kitchen with no side plates; when we ask about this we are told they are still being washed! The bottle of wine we ordered was so warm it was as if it was in the sun the whole day. Then comes the meals; we order 3 pizzas and calzone...where to begin?! The pizzas were ALL cold, one wa...
This is the best Pizzeria No.900 in town, not because it's in the best part of town but because of ; The location, you will always find parking The ambiance, very clean and beautiful and friendly atmosphere and setting. The staff are amazing, when you enter the place, the honest smiles and service you will get from starting with @Tommy, @Amelia and @Vince make you feel at home and always leave that excellent customer experience in your mind. The taste of the pizzas and all on the menu are worth to come back and try and with friends and family.... trust me I have been to almost all Pizzeria 900, and this is the best and among other cuisines !!!
I raved about this place to my girlfriend and took the time to drive from hochelaga to make it here for opening , we were 15 minutes early and stood outside. Finally when they opened the doors he said his payment machine isn’t working and so they couldn’t make our pizza right now. I asked if we could order pickup on Uber in that case and he said no, with no explanation. They clearly don’t care about business or their customers. It was a really dry interaction. It was today October 8th 2023 at 11.30am.
Service was very very slow. We were seated fairly quickly after we arrived and given water but it took about 20 minutes and a waive at our server to get his attention to take our order.We had a salad and the margherita pizza with buffalo mozzarella. The pizza was a bit soggy. The salad was fine.We won’t be going back.

The owner and waitresses were very polite and nice. They made sure everything was too our liking and we got fast service for a delicious parmesan fondue and two beautifully pizzas! The restaurant looks very cozy and the atmosphere is wonderful. Will definitely come back!
