Die Pizza war wirklich lecker. Schnell serviert, frisch aus dem Steinofen, guter Teig und schöne Beläge. Hat geschmeckt und war genau das, worauf man bei einer Pizzeria am See hofft. Wir saßen draußen, das war angenehm. Leider hat der Service einiges vermasselt: Beim Kommen hat es ewig gedauert, bis jemand an unseren Tisch kam, wir mussten fast selbst winken, um die Karte zu bekommen. Danach kam niemand mehr vorbei, um zu fragen, ob alles in Ordnung ist, ob wir noch was brauchen oder wie’s schmeckt. Kein “Alles gut?” oder Nachschenken von Wasser, einfach nichts. Das wirkt ein bisschen desinteressiert, vor allem wenn man draußen sitzt und der Service nicht wirklich präsent ist. Insgesamt okay...
C'est un très beau restaurant et le personnel est chaleureux et accueillant! Les pâtes all'arabiata étaient savoureuses. J'aime que les options véganes soient identifiées, mais trouve décevant que les plats végétaliens soient seulement le plat (ex: pâtes, pizza) avec de la sauce tomate. Tant qu'à offrir des options végétaliennes, pourquoi ne pas aller jusqu'au bout et proposer plus que de la pâte à pizza avec de la sauce tomate?
Large modern restaurant. We ate here twice during our week in Montreux, on one occasion I had the spaghetti alla napoletana and on the other the pizza marinara. They were both very nice especially the spaghetti. The service was very quick both times and all the staff we encountered spoke good English. They do serve veal but there are animal welfare laws in Switzerland which mean that it's not as cruel as in some other countries.
One can't see a better sunset having dinner. I mean what a location, what tremendous service and what food. I have never had a better salmon steak than one I had at Molino. It's must visit if you are in Montreux and love Italian food. The servers were very prompt and courteous. Pizza was okay and can't be skipped.

The outdoor portion of the restaurant is very pleasant. We came for a late lunch time on a beautiful day, and the service was clearly still overwhelmed by how many people there were. Lovely, lovely view, however.We recommend it for those enjoying the day in Montreux.
We are here twice during our stay. My kids are rather picky eaters and Italian is always a good bet. The pizza is fantastic. The tomato sauce is great. I had a fish fish one night and it was cooked perfectly. Very nice staff and view.
Italian cuisine, they can not make their pizza gluten-free, but they can do their pastas and a number of other dishes! Gluten-free items were marked on the menu and I built my own pasta and it was delicious!
Piatti interessanti, servizzio quasi perfetto, e I prezzi si trovano in un modo logico per il livello svizzero!!
