impossible! what should I say? I can not rate the drink or the menu unfortunately, so far I did not come, but only the service in this local. I write a critique for the first time and I also have no separate interest in this local, but what I had to experience there must be simply said. I have never experienced anything like this in a restaurant! I came thirsty and hungry after a long walk. the restaurant is really very beautiful and central on the flowers square. the waiter also came quite fast, I suspect it was even the owner, because a hired person would have probably been quit after the following theater. it began with the fact that we (I was on the way with 2 other people) were greeted...
this place has a great pizza! Neapolitan style from a real italian. the outside seats are beautiful and they can enjoy a great German beer for their meal. the owner can be a bit persnickety if they take too long to decide or if they try to adapt something. that is something of a cultural thing, so don't let it upset you. my tip: go in, order a bier and the pizza with spicy salami and enjoy it!
Of 4 dishes were 2 good. In addition, for performance and quality much too expensive. A visit to the sanitary facilities shows a similar picture. Down and untreated. I had the impression that the place was left to run out shortly before the pension without great effort and still takes as much as possible. Was my first and definitely last visit. I write this review after visiting not just Germany, but many stops in Switzerland, France and Italy. Without question, the best pizza I had on my trip was not in Italy, it was here, at the Pizzeria Sanlorenzo. Of course, you have to have a good German beer with your pizza. It was a very good experience. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a great pizza in such a quaint place.
This is a nice place with decent food, there is a very nice outside seating place if the weather is good which is not always the case in kandern. Some have thought the service is not the best but we have never had any problems and the service has always been nice. Food is decent not great, in our opinion.
This place is right in the center of Kandern - prime location. It seems very popular as it was full. Pizza was quite good although a bit too soft/ not fully cooked in the middle. Pasta was fine. However, service was below average, I would say more in the rude category.
