Pizzeria Via Stato

Osterio Via Stato is amazing! Started with the warm ciabatta that was accompanied by roasted garlic bathed in balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. The fork did a wonderful job of turning the roasted garlic into a buttery like spread. Also, the polpettini 10 to 12 mini meatballs sourced from Slagel Farms beef served in a simple homemade red sauce was extraordinary. The ciabatra does a nice job of soaking up any excess polpettini red sauce. These two starters paired with a bottle of Sangiovese is perfecto. amazing food and excellent service! loved the appetizers (Italian meatballs and garlic bread) and the main dishes (ribs and the classic pizza.) they were so nice to offer a happy hour on Saturday night!
