On 08/24 at approximately 6:09 p.m. I finished an order of wings. I placed a second order of wings and asked to close out as well. When I was given the receipt tab, I noticed the wings were full priced. I asked why, and the bartender stated that the promotion only ran until 6 p.m. I apologized for the error and asked to cancel the order, as I had placed the order only a minute prior. The bartender immediately said “you gotta be kidding me.” And aggressively snatched the receipt from my hand then stormed off. Came in with a *reservation* for 15 people, understandably a large party. Our party was polite, not demanding, and ordered only when our server came to the table. Service was fine enough for drinks and appetizers. The food took about an hour to come out, and when it finally did the girls who delivered the food had no idea what they were holding (no fault of their own, they were still very nice), looking at sandwiches and wings trying to figure one sauce vs another. At least 4 people got the wrong food and started eating before realizing. This review is coming from someone who spent their life going to PJ's. Always my favorite place to eat since I was a child. Apparently greed took over this once great franchise. I ordered a buffalo chicken salad, which has always been satisfying and filling. The mistake I made was ordering to go. I had to call and check if they gave me a side salad instead. This tiny little salad was passed off as their full size. This is a slap in the face to loyal hard working customers. I will never step foot into another PJ's again, and will encourage others to follow. I visited this PJ'S over the weekend and this was by far the WORST EXPERIENCE and SERVICE I ever received since visiting this establishment. The food that was ordered lacked flavor and seasoning for a better use of words, it also seemed rushed out and not fully cooked. I am HIGHLY UPSET that I paid $8.00 for a dessert that was hard, old and stale. As far as the service went it was okay, but overall it could have been better. A few times where I tried to get my servers attention for something I needed and she just blatantly walked right past me multiple times as if she didn't hear me. Went for lunch, moderate level of customers. Good atmosphere clean. Service was excellent order came out fast. Had appetizers...wings crab fries. Fries were really good, crispy, good flavor ...wings were jumbo size, could have been cooked about min more for my preference.
