This was the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. We visited on Father's Day and were seated outside at a low table near the wall. The weather was pleasant and the food was tasty, but the service was extremely disappointing. We received our first round of drinks and placed our food order, which was promptly brought out by a food runner. However, we were left without any further drinks and couldn't start eating because we were waiting for our inferno wings. The waitress was too preoccupied chatting with the couple at the next table, whom she clearly knew, to notice that our food remained untouched and our drinks were empty for a whopping 20 minutes. I used to enjoy visiting this restaurant, but recently the service has declined. It seems like they are understaffed, as on three separate occasions the wait for food was excessively long and the server didn't even bother to follow up. On top of that, prices have gone up on some menu items. While I understand the need to adjust prices, when paired with slow service, I would suggest trying a different PJs location or exploring other dining options.
