The Planet Wings at Spring ValleyOn 2 South Central Avenue in Spring Valley, NY provided the absolutely worst experience I have ever gotten for a food delivery service on Friday the 14th of October. My order took over 2 hours to deliver and I am only 15 minutes away?!?!? Repeated calls asking for a status, the response I got was that I live deep and we should not have taken your order! In reality the driver got completely lost and was unable to follow GPS. Every time I called I was told the driver is making other deliveries and he is on his way There was not 1 apology. Instead apparently because I live 15 minutes away which was defined as living deep. Basically it was my fault they delivered...
Ordered 6 meals for delivery which took more than one hour to arrive (contrary to the 45 mins they said). A soda was missing but they still charged me for it, a very high prize for each meal. The wings were too small, they’re just the tip of the wings. The delivery guy asked to come to his car to get my food, which wouldn’t have been a problem if he didn’t park two streets away from my apt. The guy who took my order was very rude. Overall, terrible service would not recommend.
I discovered a hidden 3% processing fee that I wasn't made aware of in advance. The price I was initially quoted turned out to be different from what I was actually charged. When I asked about this, the man at the register was rude and told me I should have read the fine print. I won't be going back to this place. The service was incredibly unprofessional, and this experience has led me to doubt the quality of their food and overall service.
This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I absolutely will not return. I ordered 30 chicken wings, and what I received were the smallest, hardest, and driest wings I've ever encountered. For a place called Planet Wings, they should be ashamed of the quality of food they serve. I was charged $48, and it honestly feels like I was robbed. I'm extremely disappointed and will never go back!

If you enjoy tiny chicken wings with no meat on them, this is the place to go!! Never in my life have I seen wings sooo small! I can’t believe they serve this!Eat here if you enjoy getting ripped off! No wonder the other location is closed permanently
Insanely overpriced. .... menu not clear on what actually paying for. Not welcoming from staff from tone to acknowledgement....will not go backParking: Ded needs a face-lift with paking..parking...lots of potholes and really no space to maneuver.
I've eaten there a few times before. The food is fairly good, and it's prepared on the premises. The wait time for the food is usually about 5 to 10 minutes, but it's definitely worth it. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 3 out of 5.
Cashier was noticeably high on some kind of opiate and couldn't take my order despite me repeating it three times. Needless to say I received the wrong food. I'll never go to a Planet Wings franchise again.
