I might be a bit biased since I work here, but as a discerning food and cocktail critic, I genuinely appreciate what’s happening at Plum. The dishes are creatively prepared in a family-style format, using locally sourced and foraged ingredients. The staff have experience in both top-notch and not-so-great establishments, so they’ve designed Plum to embody everything a restaurant should be in 2016. The food is unforgettable; some of my personal favorites include the creamed spelt for dinner, the green bean salad at lunch, the vegan picadillo, and puri, among others. The atmosphere is just right, the patio is exceptional, and the cocktails are crafted to perfection. You're in for a treat!
