I am a constant playa bowls customer and am familiar with all the customer service expectations that Playa Bowls Corporate group has for its employees. The West Caldwell location is extremely incompetent and far away from meeting these expectations. Today Ipurchased 6 bowls and the girl who completed my order cut the fruit and packaged my order with dirty gloves. She handled myorder carelessly, making all of the lids and even the bag dirty with fruit remains. I kindly asked her to change the lids, andher response was extremely rude, rolling her eyes and giving me an attitude. I asked for the manager, who apparently was not inthe store. This Playa location is great! The staff are friendly and work hard to get orders out on time even when there's a big crowd waiting. The products are made well and consistently and overall, I love coming here for my smoothies!Parking: This location is in a shopping center so there is a large parking lot with plenty of spaces. Can be a little tricky navigating because the lanes are mostly one way, so just watch the signs!
As a former Jersey girl, I've been longing for Playa Bowls, and I was aware that there weren't any in Long Island. When I discovered that this location had opened, I had to check it out. The staff was incredibly friendly, and my Stupid Cupid bowl was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be coming back to this location often.

I am a frequent customer because of how great everything is here. They consistently make delicious bowls, have the order ready quickly and have a very personable staff. I absolutely love this place!
We go to many other Playa Bowl locations. The service was good but the juice and smoothies did not taste the same and were not prepared the same as the other locations. We will not return.
The young women who work there are delightful and very efficient. I also requested some ice for a sting/bruise, and they were considerate enough to ask if I needed anything else.
The fruit was diced into smaller pieces than usual, and I really enjoyed it because I was able to taste a bit of everything in each bite.
