Maggie is not only experienced and creative, but she is also incredibly professional – exactly the kind of manager you want on your side when planning a party. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients. The venue was spotless, and I appreciate the guidelines they have in place regarding decorations (such as no taping or hanging items on the walls). The private room was absolutely beautiful, and I think that’s a testament to how much they care for their facility.

I'm never bringing my child here after reading the reviews. Firstly, it doesn't sit well with me that the owner always has an excuse for his staff being rude or incompetent, if the owner can't find an excuse it is the parent's fault, and it's digusting the owner would yell at a 2 year old, one of the only reviews that was NOT replied to. Secondly, the majority, if not all, of those that complained were ethnic. It seems as though given that and your prices that you encourage select people to visit this establishment, as it is already clear you prefer people spend over $1,000 on a birthday party or they can't even enjoy themselves. You would think this place looks great for your little ones, but once you get past taking off your shoes... Your mood will shift. The employees here are not nice at all. They always have an attitude and you can tell they don't like children. Every time I try to give this place a chance, it seems to backfire. Darina( got her name from my receipt) has a terrible attitude and extremely rude. Steer clear from the bigger guy with the bald head. He's horrible and extremely unfriendly. This is an incredible indoor playground! I really appreciate being able to enjoy a coffee while my kids play, and I can easily watch them from the coffee tables or the small sofas in the area. I had a fantastic time playing with my daughter at the miniature family practice and the construction site. I highly recommend this place!

Employee's are so rude and unprofessional! I'm shocked how unfriendly they were since this is a kids place. They acted like they hate kids. Also, they were talking about me in a different language. I literally fault like they were watching our every move; I fault very uncomfortable and I will never come back.
My 1st time in this Playroom cafe place. We love it my kids have a lot of fun,it's clean and nice but so weird no restroom. The workers there i thought working for free like a slave looking to everyone so mad unhappy no smile at all. I don't care for me but is not good for kids to see them that weird face.
The atmosphere is incredibly warm, welcoming, and clean. The food and drinks are served promptly. The staff engages with the kids and truly enjoy seeing them laugh and smile. My daughter had a fantastic time playing there! Keep up the excellent work!
Great place for parties! Don't forget your socks! Been to several parties hehe and it's so clean and the ownwrs are so accommodating.
