Last night was our first experience and it was a flawless experience. After retiring from the restaurant business I can be rather picky having run,owning and opening and building six. Walking the first thing I noticed was it was immaculate. Everythingwas stocked, cups,lids,utensils,straws,napkins. All the employees were all wearing the same shirts. The cooks had gloves on. Theback kitchen was clean. The stainless steel was clean. All very positive signs of a well run place. The young man who took ourorder was very polite, called my wife mam and we threw ten dollars in the tip jar. I had the standard chicken sandwich withthe fries. I arrived right at 9:00 PM, thinking they closed at 10:00. I asked the woman at the counter—who I believe is the manager—if they were still open. She informed me that they were technically closed, but she could still take my order. I noticed the staff in the back wrapping things up and cleaning. She processed my order with a smile and kindness. It’s this kind of flexibility and willingness to help that makes a real difference. In addition to the excellent food, this interaction left a lasting impression on me, and I will definitely return for such generous service!
My friend and I both ordered the Naughty Nash sandwiches; he opted for the hot spicy level, while I chose medium. I found the heat to be just right, and I appreciated that the meat could be prepared either fried or grilled. For my side, I went with the jalapeño sweet heat slaw, which added a unique twist to the usual BBQ sides. My friend enjoyed his crosscut fries, which were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft in the center. Overall, it was a delightful meal!
The chicken tenders are incredibly juicy and packed with meat, coated just right with breading. The Nashville tenders have a solid kick to them! I opted for the middle spicy level instead of the hottest, and I'm grateful I did because that one was almost too spicy for my taste. However, they were still absolutely delicious. The Angry Tenders were definitely my favorite flavor out of everything I sampled. I experienced the service as takeout.

I ordered the chicken club sandwich (if that's what it's called) and it was only okay—nothing memorable about it. The flavor was fine but didn’t leave a strong impression. The fries, on the other hand, were quite good; they were crunchy yet soft. I think I’ll try something different next time. Overall, it was just average.
The food was outstanding. However, our server confused our orders with another table's. In the end, everything was resolved, and we were able to enjoy our meal. I had thought my order included fries, so I didn’t order any on the side. I guess I’ll need to double-check the menu next time!
The sandwich I received wasn't the Buff Chick. It didn't have any queso or blue cheese, and the sauce was sweet instead. I really love the Buff Chick sandwich here, so it was very disappointing to end up with something entirely different.
