MUST TRY!!. The Owners are new as of 2013 and the have turned this place into an amazing family restaurant. I usually get pizza slices like all their chicken slices and the best Buffalo Chicken pizza I have ever had in my life and I grew up in NYC and Plum Tomatoes is better the NYC pizza! Their salads are delicious and there such a crazy variety of them. My favorite is the Grilled Seafood Salad and the Flame Roasted Corn Salad! The service will literally cater to anything you could ask for! Its right by Mineola Train Station so I'm always stopping by before the train, its only a 3 minute walk. Im so happy this place has great food and I know they'll be around for a long time! MUST TRY
Absolutely the best Italian food I've had in a long time. Everything is homemade, dish's are made to order. Service was phenomenal, couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience. All in all very good portions for a decent price. Absolutely worth every penny, will definitely be returning
We had a wonderful experience at Plum Tomatoes, from the stuffed clams oreganata to the veal cake. The fresh cannolis were excellent. Our waitress, Stephanie, was very attentive and made some great recommendations, especially the carafe of wine! I highly recommend this place.
I visited Plum Tomatoes for the first time, and as a pizza enthusiast, I can confidently say it's one of the best places I've been to! The sauce on the Sicilian pizza is outstanding, and the buffalo specialty pie is a true delight. Highly recommended!

I'm 3x here. I'm sorry, but it's really hard to find a place where the Italian sauce is good! Your food is good minus the red sauce. I had her chicken with lemon sauce and it was amazing. Their red Italian sauce is much too spicy and acidity.
The best pizza around and there are a lot of good pizza places in the area. Really great variety of slices, the staff is always friendly and helpful and the newly renovated building looks amazing.
This is one of my favorite restaurants. Bob the owner is exceptionally thoughtful and always greets the customers with a smile. The food is excellent and always consistent. A gem of a restaurant!
I frequently visit Plum Tomatoes and consistently find the food and service to be outstanding! I really enjoy their grilled salmon and shrimp Parmesan entrees. Highly recommend!
