I could give this place 3.5 stars if I could. The food was decent. I appreciate the process of filling out an order slip and handing it in with your choices. It's simple enough for my 8-year-old to do. I like the variety of options you can add to your proteins, such as corn, mango, seaweed salad, and edamame. However, the protein portions are small, with about 10 chunks of tuna or chicken. The sea scallops are more like bay scallops, which are tough to chew compared to regular sea scallops. I really enjoy this restaurant, however, my bowl from last week was disappointing. The brown rice was extremely hard and almost inedible. It seemed like it may have been undercooked or old. Additionally, the bowl was missing three toppings and lacked sauce. These bowls are pricey, so I'm hesitant to return and risk a similar experience. This has never happened to me before, so I'm wondering if there is a new employee. I reached out to the restaurant about my experience, but unfortunately did not receive a response.

I have a great affection for this restaurant, but unfortunately, I had a negative experience recently. I requested for my food to be remade as it contained sesame seeds, which I am allergic to. The server responded by scolding me and insisting that it was not possible to accommodate my request since everything contains sesame seeds. The food is delicious, but the service definitely needs improvement. Regarding dietary restrictions, they do not seem willing to assist customers with special dietary needs.

I love this place!!! The staff always seems so tired when I come in, its always the same few people. They must be working such long hours!! They make incredible bowls and all of their ingredients are delicious!! Its also very fast depending on when you go. I recommend going in between 2-4, that's when its the slowest! Bowl quality and quantity of food has gone down hill dramatically in the last couple months. This used to be my favorite place even though it was a little pricey but now it’s really not worth the price to get 4 small bites of protein in the bowl. It’s disappointing because Sherwood really needed a good place to eat. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This is the best poke I've ever had! The fish is incredibly fresh, and I love being able to customize my own bowl or burrito. I also highly recommend their refreshing icy fruit teas, they are delicious!
