Been here about 6 times now and I always get 2 large bowls ...3 of those times my rice was hard/stale. I mean when rice makes up about 50% of the dish I feel like it should be done right. 2 of the time I got the hard/stale rice I went at night maybe a half hour before closing which is still not an excuse but could possibly be understood. The last straw was last time I went at around 1pm and got bad rice. On the positive side the place is kept very clean and the fish has been fresh. And the staff is always polite. It's makes me sad to write this review because I really wanted to like this place. I even signed up for their rewards program.
I visited Poke last week on a hot day and immediately noticed a fishy odor. When I walked in, the doors were wide open, but I didn’t think much of it at the time. I ordered a rice bowl and headed home, only to find myself returning to the restaurant less than 30 minutes later. Unfortunately, after eating the fish in my bowl, I ended up vomiting. The fish tasted warm and different from what I had anticipated, but I continued to eat it, assuming that a restaurant like Poke Poke wouldn’t serve bad fish, even with their air conditioning not working. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend dining at this restaurant.

I found this restaurant to be quite disappointing. I ordered a large bowl for takeout, but there was barely any meat in it! Considering the prices and add-ons, I expected a more generous portion. The food didn't taste fresh either; the fish was warm, and the overall experience felt off. As others have pointed out, the air conditioning has been broken for over a month, making the entire place hot and humid. This is certainly not the ideal setting for enjoying fresh seafood.

I find the bowl to be quite good, but some ingredients, especially the mango and pineapple, could be riper and fresher. They reliably get my order correct, but since I order online, my boba often arrives with melted ice, making it taste a bit watery. The prices are somewhat steep, but I think the quality of the fish is worth it. Delivery is also very fast.
I think the bowl is pretty good, although some of the ingredients aren't really ripe/as fresh as they could be (especially the mango and pineapple) They always get my order right but because I order online my boba always has the ice melted and regardlessI think it tastes kind of watery. Pricey but good fish, I think. Very fast for delivery
This place used to be really good 2 years ago. My most recent order the avocado was brown and the fish was off in color and taste. Additionally they did not include the extra sauce I ordered, and the bowl was barely over half full. I had to throw it out. I ordered on the poke poke app.
The bowl I got (build your own) was pretty good/well proportioned. The miso soup was sad and I'm definitely a miso soup person. It tasted like extra firm grocery store tofu was used (soft tofu is for soups). No nori, just broth, tofu and onions.

The food here is really tasty, BUT they barely put any protein in the bowls. Like...at all. If I were to rate this place on flavor it would be an easy 5 stars. But after finishing two bowls I feel like I could eat another two.
Excellent deconstructive sushi essentially choose your protein choose your vegetable delicious array of boba drinks.
