The only drawbacks were that one member of our group had to wait a while for their plate and silverware, and the staff wouldn't acknowledge that they served a drink in a cup with a significant crack. I even ran my fingernail along the crack to check, but the server still didn’t want to bring another cup.
Was pleasantly surprised by Pollo Bravo! This restaurant has great food and a great atmosphere. They have been fast and friendly with their service. They keep the restaurant very clean and presentable. I look forward to the next time we enjoy our lunchhere.
This place has the best Trompo in town. The service is great and the food is fresh and tasty. I even order by phone and the guys there know.who I am by just voice alone.

Chicken was cooked to perfection but had absolutely no flavor. Rice was over cooked. Beans were ok. Pineapple drink was just sugar water. Not worth a $23 lunch.
