Honestly, I didn't really want to drive to Sardi's, but it turned out to be a better choice than I expected. The food was decent, but I was surprised to see the person in front of me order and find out they were out of chicken. When I placed my order, the same thing happened to me. It's not a huge deal, but as a business owner, how do you run out of product by 8 PM? It's important to manage inventory effectively to avoid losing revenue. The food has always been great, but I've noticed a reduction in portion sizes lately. Perhaps it's a result of Covid, as servings have decreased while prices have gone up a bit. The food remains delicious, but it feels like you're not getting as much for your money with the recent price increase. That's my only complaint.
This restaurant used to be my favorite, but it's really declined. They charged me nearly $10 for these tiny sauces, which I couldn't believe! Now they don't include sauces with meals, and if they forget something, they won't honor it on your next visit or provide a refund for the missing item.
I'm not typically a fan of tacos, but these are absolutely exceptional! The steak is incredibly tender, and the seasoning is spot on. I also tried the pupusas for the first time, and they were fantastic!

I was overcharged by $12 and had to pay an additional $2 for sauce. I don't think I'll be coming back to this restaurant anytime soon.
They charge extra for sauce, which is something I've never encountered at any other restaurant that offers Peruvian chicken.
So excited about this opening I usually go to Bowie and when I say this location is by far the best!!!!!!!! TAP IN!!!!!!!
