Had the best experience in this restaurant today. I had decided to visit Pollentropic on my lunch break and after I had ordered my meal, I realized that I had forgotten my wallet at home. When I arrived at the window, I hoped they had apple money available, unfortunately not. To my surprise, the cashier gave me the meal in the house in the window. Your attitude from the beginning was excellent

Three times here. Staff seem sad to work. Once a manager told an employee to find out who takes my order because she said she was not responsible for the front. You forgot minor orders. They seem more interested in talking to each other than actually helping. One on the street. In this way

Went thru drive thru, not waiting badly. Cash/order Taker was nice. The food size has become smaller and prices are rising. Prices on board are NOT actual price..wow! You have to update those they said. other than this food as usual taste great

Great location of manager Rosie knows what she does! Hard worker and keep everything at the point. You?s really the backbone in this place!!!

I bought a 1/4 chicken flour and it was very dry. I was very surprised because the food there is usually good.
