Pollo Tropical - Réserver une table

This was a drive-thru visit. On March 30, 2022, at approximately 8:45pm, our car was probably the 15th car in line, and from prior bad experiences at another Pollo, I thought this might be another hour long wait. I was pleasantly surprised to see the line moving rather swiftly, and that the outside attendant had already taken the orders for the majority of the cars. I would say that we were out with our food in about 18 minutes. The food we requested they had available even at that hour. The temperature of the food was hot, smelled and looked fresh. It also was nicely plated and tasted great. And the young lady was so efficient in taking the outside orders, and did so pleasantly I might add, that upon picking up our food, she was the one who was now the cashier, handing us our food with a smile. Great service!

I love Pollo Tropical the best and cleanest grilled chicken and sides. You? don't always get the best when checking pickup or delivery details like remembering the desired sauces or forgetting a page. Always check your order before you leave.

I had a little ossue with my food job. More of a misunderstanding on my side and a little on her. The manager handled me well. Win an excellent explanation and solved the problem. Excellent Mansgement Team

The worst pollo topical the food was awful the chicken was not well cooked and the black bean was more like a soup of beans was only liquid and no beans at all.

Place really dirty? yuca frita old n burn?. Terrible service?. Didnt have any kind of sauce at all?..
