He went over, and I told him exactly what I wanted (2 half chicken flours, with dark meat, white rice and black beans He totally ignored what I said and gave me only 2 regular chicken meals while I charged the full price (I noticed this as soon as I left the store. After all, the food is ready and I'm asking for sauces. Well, if you ask for Saucen, you could ask her to give you a million dollars. When I asked about Saucen, the young lady rolled her eyes, looked up and down, and started dressing the sauces. She didn't want to give me the sauces. Every time I order from here, the food is always burned, cold or simply made wrong. recently I made an online order, everything came wrong, Karol contacted me for a replacement because with an online order I could not get a refund. I'm here and she wasn't there. The night leader always said he'd make it. I'll wait for a day. When I confronted him, he asked me if I was done talking. no cold and silent chicken is worth this garbage. Karol seemed like a sweet person and sure that she would? ve solved the problem, but no strength on this earth could get me back to this disgusting place, you can literally push SEE rice, beans, etc. on the whole counter, and no one purifies them just push it into your record. Customer service gave me my refund. but never again. These people should be fired on their way there?

Terrible service! The woman who was on the drive thru window had no customer service skills at all. I bought for my family and she had no patience trying to push me through my order. My brother on the passenger side asked me to ask her for a certain garlic sauce they have, I don't know that I rarely eat with sauce! But she gave us an evil attitude and gave us the wrong sauce, hit the window in our face and went away. My brother told me to ask her for the right sauce, I said to hell with the sauce and with me ever spend my money here again; then continued! This facility will never see my money again, nor any other Pollo Tropical, for the thing!!! Wut Ex-Loyal Customer
