First time at this Pollo Tropical. I decided to try the crispy chicken. First, they gave me steak which I would have taken but the server realized her mistake and made me another Tropichop. The steak has an upcharge so I get why she didn 't give it to me but still I hate that it was wasted. I ended up disappointed with the chicken.
