Pollo Tropical - Réservation de table

First time at this Pollo Tropical. I decided to try the crispy chicken. First, they gave me steak which I would have taken but the server realized her mistake and made me another Tropichop. The steak has an upcharge so I get why she didn 't give it to me but still I hate that it was wasted. I ended up disappointed with the chicken. It tasted good but if you are going to call something crispy , it should actually be crispy. My chicken was just breast meat with soggy breading. We asked for our Tropichops all the way and they didn 't put beans. On top of the issues with the food, we asked for one diet drink and one regular. I have advertised a great looking salad, with salad, tomatoes, with a beautiful piece of steak cut up with avocado. There was an employee outside who made orders in our cars. I mentioned the salad I advertised and he said: No, we didn't, but you can get the tropics with salad instead of rice. I told him I wanted salad and tomatoes with steak and avocado. He said they had 2 sizes, I asked how big it was, he said his pretty big, so I decided to do it. When I came home and opened my salad, I was very disappointed! I went in about 15 minutes before they closed they were out of white rice they were out of yellow rice all they had was brown rice. I was a little disappointed but then the manager offered one of the sandwiches and because it was closing time all that was available was the crispy chicken. So I said okay I'll try it and I tried their potato wedges. And it was the best sandwich and potato wedges I've had in a long time! Totally recommend the crispy chicken sandwich with a potato wedges!

I went to pollo at 10:15pm today and was told there was no chicken To accommodate i ordered rice beans and plantains only to get home and see that my plantains weren?t in the bag. The manager lily isn?t attentive to her customers at all. This isnt the first time something like this has happened, they always forget something or don't know what they?re doing, especially at night. Something has to be done about this! Okay, that's rare that I ever had a problem eating in Pollo, but I brought my stepmother there for the first time and she ordered a Quesadilla and it literally had small mistakes creeping inside. She'll never eat there again.

Two times in a row no pickles on the Cuban sandwich and the second time it was not pickles or mustard sauce. It's a simple sandwich, it's not hard. The quality of the service in this place has moved down. Wouldn't recommend.

Order a large tropichop on DoorDash but it?s not pollo tropical if your not missing food my tropichop is miss my chicken n jalapeño getting tried of they?re mistakes smh ????
