I waited 20 minutes for my order last night only to find it was incorrect when I got home. I had to sit at the drive-thru window for another 10 minutes because the woman working there couldn't understand that we still needed our drinks. I ended up having to repeat our drink order four times. This restaurant is a disappointment. I don't know where the management is, but they really need to take charge and improve things. The food is great, but only if you actually receive what you ordered. The service is subpar at best.
We were in the drive-thru with one car ahead of us. The person taking our order seemed annoyed by our request for 8 pieces of chicken with red beans and rice, and when we asked for half spicy and half classic, she rudely responded, "Yeah." When we got home and checked our food, we found that everything was spicy. The employee at the drive-thru window appeared to be bothered by her job. We will not be returning to this Popeyes. It was around 4:15 PM, and there was no one behind us. What happened to customer service?
As always, the food was phenomenal. The service left something to be desired. The 2 people ahead of me in line were not addressed for a solid 5 minutes of waiting. I waited another 5 to 10 minutes before anyone talked to me. I'm glad I had put in my order online or I would have been waiting 30 minutes or more. Again, food was excellent. The workers were polite when they spoke to me, but I think we can do better about welcoming folks as they walk in the door and giving some idea of the expected wait time.
We ordered the family feast and, as a new app user, we were told we would receive free 6-piece wings. However, when our food was delivered, the free wings and 2 sandwiches were missing. The restaurant did not replace the missing items, but instead sent a coupon to the app. We had to find an alternative option for the individuals who were supposed to receive the sandwiches.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. My girlfriend brought home chicken and two sides of red beans and rice from this location. The rice on top of the beans in both containers was hard and uncooked. The disregard for customers' hard-earned money is shocking. If you dislike your job that much, please quit and stop serving poor quality food.
Good food. But the last several times I have been to this location the drive thru is really slow and they have been out of several items, which I realize may not be entirely their fault and they may also be understaffed. But just a warning to othersyou may have a wait or not get what you are planning on ordering.
I cannot recommend this place! The chicken was overcooked and definitely not fresh. Plus, there was no heat inside, and it was freezing! I had to go to my car to grab my winter coat and a heavy blanket just to stay warm. It's absurd for a restaurant to be so cold. I will never return to this location!
My family's first time eating at a Popeyes, and it was excellent!! Staff was delightful, charming, and the food was delicious. We didn't wait long at all, and the lobby was very clean. We were still eating leftovers later at the hotel and they were justas good cold. The sweet tea was soooo good!

Waited in the drive through for well over 35 minutes before even ordering. Was told they were short staffed even though there were 2 workers in the back hosing things down and chatting.... finally got my food and it was cold. Unreal honestly. Will never be back to this location.
The service was outstanding! The frozen strawberry lemonade was exquisite. The spicy chicken was prepared exactly as we requested. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience.
