I went into Popeyes you get a 16-piece family meal for my family. I arrived at 3:11 p.m. by 3:21 p.m. I'm still waiting for someone to come out from the back to take my order. Finally they take my order I spent $55 on the 16-piece family meal which consists of 16 pieces of chicken three large sides and eight biscuits. Two or three doordashers came in after me and left before me. In total I spent about 39 minutes inside the restaurant waiting for my order because they're mac and cheese was not ready. Popeyes is truly the king of chicken! I do have a suggestion for the management, though. Given that Popeyes prices are on the higher side, particularly for family meals, I believe that the "large" sides should actually be large—like really large. For $40 for a 12-piece meal, wouldn't it be reasonable for them to serve a genuinely large portion of mashed potatoes? Right now, their so-called "large" looks more like a serving fit for a baby! Since potatoes are inexpensive, if you're charging $20 for a 12-piece meal, I get it if you skimp a bit on the sides. If I could have given them less than one star I would have. Tried to order their special online because the only way you can get it is if you order it online. You have to download the app after you download the app you have to create an account, once you create the account it tells you oh you already have an account so you can't place the order You can't buy the special. Then I talked to the cashier and she says the only way that I'll get the discount is if I place it on line, well I can't place it on line because the app is horrible and it won't allow you to do it. I think it's just a way to get you in there. No customer service no help too bad so sad your problem
UPDATE TO REVIEW...DOWNGRADE from 3 stars to 1 star... This location is consistently not supplied with Chicken wings, chicken breast, and even sandwiches.....You sell one thing CHICKEN.... Manager and owner should oder enough.Also this place is understaffed, the cashier is making the food in the back while crying... I feel bad for these workers.NO BATHROOM FOR CUSTOMERS, that means no ability to wash your hands before eating.. it 's against CA law ... I think the health department should be called on this place for a random inspection.

It's not normal Popeyes. I've been to Popeyes in South LA and WA location. This Place can't compare to re guitar Popeyes locations. Chicken is not hot, service is slow( I waited for 20 minutes). It's understaffed and Dirty.Never going back. Ewwwww
I just left without my meal after waiting for over an hour. My lunch break is over now, thank you very much. I will never spend another dime at Popeyes again—this is beyond frustrating. If you’re overwhelmed, why take orders at all?
These wings do NOT look like the wings advertised but the wings were good. Love me some Popeyes but don't know how to feel about this.

I think this is one of the most consistent Popeyes I have ever been too. The service, food, and atmosphere.
I waited 20 minutes for two chicken sandwiches. This place is the opposite of fast food.
