Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen

Friday 6/2/23 around 2pm to 3pm we pulled into Popeyes in randolph Ma. parking with plans on dining in, we discovered a lot filled with garbage and what appeared to be vomit along the walkway leading to the front doors, the exterior of this facility was absolutely 3rd world country, it was atrocious, I pondered if the exterior is in ultra poor condition the interior must have an ultra poor unsanitary unsafe environment. I guarantee they keep no one accountable to maintain and prioritize cleanliness.It's a shame to see an official mental asylum Popeyes chicken restuarant after the visual of how poorly kept the exterior was kept we drove off avoiding food poisoning. Whomever own this facility...

Food was just okay what you would expect it of chain restaurant. The reason for the low star rating is do a troubles with the Coke machine that day. It had nothing in it. It's one of those fancy ones with all the different flavors that you pick. It only had like root bear and diet something. When I asked the clerks if they were aware of it I got a shrug and kind of like yeah no one seemed concerned. No one offered any apologies or expressed any concern or even said g sorry the Coke machines down. Just got the feeling the work is didn't care

Drive thru sux. I've had my card run after I ordered, they tried to spend money online and Walmart (happened 2x),Plus today I finally go back and the guy at the window spilled fruit punch in car. They need shut this location down.Food: 3/5

First thing I see is a worker eating a sandwich in the back kitchen. Workers not acknowledging seeing the 3 customers is disrespectful. I guess I should have went through drive thru because they received better service.Food: 4/5

Good food . Pleasant staff. Will return after going to movie theater across street.
