Grabbed take out for dinner and wow! They’re not joking when they say the seasoning is from the south. Absolutely loved the seasoning on the chicken, but it was just a tiny bit too salty for me. I had bites of their deliciously, simple coleslaw (not pictured) in between bites which was perfect. The chicken was so crispy and spiced on the outside and the meat was so tender and delicious. First of all I want to say, I give credit where credit is due, but at the same time I would like to share the bad as well. Just recently I visited Popeyes and ordered three spicy chicken tenders and was told they were $8.55 and this was not a combo meal. The tenders were 2/3 batter and 1/3 chicken if that. I took some bites that had absolutely no chicken at all. I got these tenders once before and it was similar, but not near as bad as this time. Once again, I was disappointed! The minimum wage should have remained unchanged, as it's all about how well you work. I ordered two plain chicken sandwiches; one was correct, but the other had mayo on it. I also ordered a two-piece white meat meal, but instead I received a dark meat thigh that was the size of a baby's fist, along with a chicken wing that was half the size of the thigh. There wasn't a single piece of white meat in my order. I suppose I should have known better than to expect a different outcome.
Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. If I could give less than one star, I absolutely would. I placed an order online, and when I arrived, the person at the counter asked me to pull it up on my phone, but my chicken tenders were missing! How could the main item be left out? I called to inquire and was put on hold for over 10 minutes, and no one ever answered the phone. Terrible experience!

My experience at the drive-thru was quite disappointing. After I placed my order, my card was charged, and I later faced unauthorized attempts to make online purchases at Walmart—this happened twice. Moreover, when I returned today, the staff member at the window accidentally spilled fruit punch in my car. I believe this location needs to be shut down. Food rating: 3/5.
The lobby is supposed to be open until 9:30 pm Monday through Thursday according to the schedule on the door. However, I left my hotel and arrived at 9:00 pm only to find the lobby closed. I kept knocking, and when a staff member finally noticed me, they acted as if I wasn’t there. Customer service was extremely disappointing. Honestly, it was terrible.
I really enjoyed Gainesville Road! The only area that could use some improvement is the bar. It would be helpful to have someone dedicated to checking in on customers to see if they need anything. I found myself having to call out multiple times even as the staff walked by. I understand they are busy, but a little more organization would go a long way.
Always been a fan of popeyes. Love the chicken sandwiches and love the 14pc tender family meal deal with the 2 large sides and 5 biscuits for like 25$. How can you beat that? Always my go to for chicken fast food.Food: 5/5
