I waited in the drive-thru for 35 minutes just to place my order. When I got to the window to pay, I was informed that they only had one blackened chicken sandwich available. I agreed to just take one regular chicken sandwich and one blackened sandwich. However, the two drinks I received had the wrong lids. This restaurant can be quite inconsistent. The service is often slow, and it seems that new employees aren’t properly trained. The managers didn’t step in to assist a young cashier who was thrown into the job without knowing how to use the register, which resulted in a 40-minute wait for food. On the bright side, the food is always fantastic—the chicken sandwich, biscuits, and chicken fingers are all delicious. I also really enjoy the buttermilk ranch and the great lemonade!
The manager was busy on the phone and told us we'd get help soon. Took 5+ minutes for anyone to help us, the first person that asked us about the order we were picking up totally disregarded us and didn't help at all (it wasn't even busy, he just stoodaround). We had one really nice worker that immediately start helping us as soon as he arrived for his shift. So I just wantedto say thank you so much Thayne. You are definitely my favorite employee that works here.

Legit half of my sons Mac and Cheese was this massive clump of cheese. The cup was barely even filled to begin with. For the price.. not worth it. What he did have is tasty but I just can’t believe this is how you’d serve a kids meal.
