Worst service anywhere. Very very slow. Takes 20-30 minutes to place an order and pick it up via the drive thru. And it's not like you can avoid the drive thru and go inside the store to order. No one is allowed in the store except employees. This is July 2022. The pandemic is over. The drive thru lines are only 4-6 cars long. So one would think service would be faster. And if the line is longer than 4 cars, cars waiting at the back of the drive thru line is on a busy street (with other cars honking or buzzing by). Staff is not friendly. Hoping for another Popeyes to open near me soon. Otherwise I may have to go to KFC.

Ordered the new shrimp, excited they actually had it. Got home from my lunch break only to see hard over cooked chicken nuggets. I went back to the restaurant only to be ignored. I was very nice trying to explain that I had to drive back only to be told OK so they messed up slapped the food on the counter and walked away. Very poor customer service. And the shrimp were cold not worth it.

I can't recommend this place. The service is consistently bad. If it weren't for my son, I wouldn't have returned, and now I'm certain I won't be back. The food is awful—tastes like it's been cooked in old oil over and over again. Overall, I would rate it 1 out of 5.

Where's my Mac n cheese?! They forgot to give it to me. Disappointing ? but the tenders were good and the staff was friendly. The menu can get confusing as there's a dozen combinations of similar things but the team pointed us to the best deal.I'll be back Réservez une table maintenant

The coleslaw was as you guys can see very brown and not tasty. The fries were soggy. We couldn’t eat neither. The chicken was not flavorful. It lacked salt, as well. They didn’t have ketchup so they gave us this creole sauce instead. A poor substitute.

ordered 5 pieces box. spicy huh was terrible at the site terrill rd. the coating was not crispy. under the coating were fatty layers. very fat. chicken parts were questionable. 3 legs, no wings, a back and a top leg were obtained. not back.

This was the worst experience ever. There was no spicy dark. The wings were not fresh and were refried. Had to wait on change for a $20 dollar bill; no $5 bill's a available. Oh, waited 20 minutes to make the order.?

very long lines in the running gear thru, closed for customers to get inside, online order made incorrect. only positiw - the young lady in the window was very friendly and polite despite the long line. Réservez une table maintenant

it's good, but they missed my order and gave me the wrong pieces I ordered, and they had no sauces at all except a kind that tasted like crabs.

Bought 2 sets of combo. Chose coleslaw for the sides. Why is the coleslaw so slimy today?
