While I normally do not post food reviews, I had to in this case b/c the restaurant owner and their staff should take more care in the way they package there to go orders. This evening we ordered a few different sushi rolls, sushi pieces, and crispy rice with spicy tuna on top. The for staff packed the order in such a way that the hot soup was on top of the crispy rice contained which due to the soups heat, turned the spicy tune on top of the crispy rice gray. It looked and smelled horrible and was totally inedible and made for a horrible take out exp. At this point being just a takeout restaurant, the staff should know that cold food and hot food need to be packaged separately to avoid such...
If it were possible, I’d give them zero stars. My 12 year old daughter celebrated a friends bday party here. My wife spoke to the staff and clearly explained that my daughter has Celiacs disease cannot have ANY gluten in her meal. Any reputable restaurant would take great care with discussing her sensitive food allergies with their staff, just not this one. When the chef came to cook the meal at the table, it was as if he had never heard of a food allergy or how to prepare the food so that his minor patron could eat safely. He put soy sauce on everything then tried to remove it by overcooking it. Because it had the soy she ended up hardly eating anything and basically ruining her night.
Came here saturday night to see how this new restaurant is. We ordered the pork shumai, chicken fried rice, spicy tuna roll, spicy korean bugogi and udon tempura. We were very disappointed in the quality of the food here. The tempura shrimp was done differently than the veggie tempura. Probably pre-made frozen shrimp tempura. We got a little sick after eating the spicy korean bugogi, which tasted like mostly sriracha sauce, not even tasted like korean. Chicken fried rice was drenched in vegt. Oil and no flavor at all. Atleast use some kind of seasoning. On the positive side their tuna was good, but overall quality was poor for the price we paid.
They just lost my business. Called to say they didn't include chopsticks. Mind you, My husband and I order from here once a week at least and I've had to call many times about chopsticks not being included so you'd think they'd remember with a repeat customer- especially one who has called about this issue before. Not sure who I spoke to but it was a man. He talked over me the entire time, raised his voice (borderline yelling), totally rude saying it's my fault. Dude, just apologize and say you'll make a note of it. I'm never ordering from here again which is a shame because the sushi is decent.

One of my favorite sushi places ever!! I order weekly the special rolls are amazing! My favorite rolls are the Westfield roll (yellowtail blue crab) the Elm Street Roll. The rolls are always generous the fish is super fresh any day I have ordered. I've been to all of the top sushi restaurants in NJ and NYC and this is as good as it gets. Humble owner, always sweet staff, a great experience every single time!! A must try, you'll be hooked!

This restaurant serves excellent sushi, possibly the best in the town. Prices are on the higher side, and the portions may not always match the cost in terms of quantity and quality. Currently, there is no option for dining in at this restaurant, so my review is solely based on takeout orders. Despite that, this place is likely your top choice for sushi takeout in the area.
This restaurant has very poor quality and service. The sushi was the worst I have ever had. The shrimp and chicken were extremely tough, almost like plastic. Even the seaweed was hard to chew. I am surprised that so many people were happy with this place. It was a terrible experience to spend over $210 on food that was inedible.

Ordered a wide variety of sushi, sashimi and rolls. Fish was so fresh and excellent. Rolls were prepared with care. Everything was delicious and our order was delivered on time. New Jersey roll with diced shrimp and scallop was particularly great. My new favorite sushi place.
Do yourself a favor and ignore the one star review of the pretentious guy who couldn't wait five minutes for a table to be cleaned. The speciality rolls are delicious and I'll definitely be back.
