I had such a bad experience there last night . We walked in to a bunch of workers just talking hanging out very loud . The food took quite awhile to come out since there were just chatting . We were sitting there eating the very dry burger. When aemployee came and sat down to eat her dinner on break . Another employee came over to talk to her. I heard the older girlbullying the young girl having her dinner . Saying she put something in her food . And was laughing that she was still eating .Everyone working knew what was going on but noone stopped it . While we were eating, I noticed an employee sitting down for her dinner during her break. Another staff member approached her, and I overheard some inappropriate comments between them. It was clear that everyone else who worked there was aware of what was happening, yet no one intervened.
The situation escalated when the older employee began making loud comments directed at the younger girl, who seemed uncomfortable. I spoke up, and thankfully the girl stopped what she was doing, but this kind of behavior should never occur in a workplace. I felt it was unacceptable and plan to raise this issue.

The place was packed with customers, but there was only one female manager and two young girls working. They did an outstanding job despite being busy. The manager stood out with her hard work and exceptional service, earning a perfect 5 out of 5 rating from me. It was the best meal I have ever had.

The Five Guys restaurant at Westfield always delivers great food and service. The Oreo milkshake is a standout item on their menu.
They misplaced order. Waited 30 minutes for a burger. Short staffed. But the guy and girl working were really trying.
Disappointed by the burger but satisfied with the milkshake love the strawberry and chocolate flavor.
