I would like to cordially thank the good samaritans of the Westgate Plaza Mcdonalds branch for fighting the good fight by making the best nuggets. I have been to too many Mcdonalds chains on sad days only to receive even sadder nuggets, fried in stale oil and left out for a whole afternoon. I was starting to lose hope. My life was crumbling apart, nugget after sad nugget I started to believe I had reached a dead end. There was nothing more to life, Mcdonalds has a track record of kicking you when you're down.. I looked up at the Ronald McDonald statue and wept. My hair was coming out in clumps, my skin was pallid and melted off in sloughs out of sheer stress. Debt collectors started to block...
I wish I could give ZERO stars, the ratings allow only 1 to 5 stars. employees in this business are incompetent. they do not do so on a routine basis. this can be a custom element or a regular element in the menu that make employees routinely order wrong. the administration is rude when they call to alert them to a mistake, they are rude, often refuse to confirm the error, and then, after explaining the error a few times, they will irresistibly say that they put their name in a book to replace objects when they come, or they can come back and we will make their order again. two problems, 1 do they trust these rude fellow workers to revoke their order? 2 gas is expensive, why should I make 2...
I want to express my gratitude to the amazing staff at the Westgate Plaza McDonald's branch for serving up the best nuggets. I had previously experienced disappointing meals at other McDonald's locations, with sad and greasy nuggets that had been sitting out for hours. I had lost hope and felt like there was no light at the end of the tunnel. But at this particular McDonald's, I was pleasantly surprised. The nuggets were fresh, crispy, and delicious, restoring my faith in fast food. It was a transformative experience that brought color back into my life. The $8 for 20 pieces and fries was a small price to pay for such a great meal. Thank you, Westgate Plaza McDonald's.
I usually don’t eat mcdonald’s, but the woman wanted to stop. we have the bogo, big macs, order of eat and two drinks. the hairstyles were good fresh, hot. the big macs are not what they were earlier, they were two dry pattys, with very little Mac sauce, on a bungalow that seemed as if it was frozen, the bungalow just fell apart, almost tasted stale. I have thrown mine back into the box....gross. eh. maybe I try to try to mcd in another 5 years, next time on the big macs, maybe the friesen a drink that is about it.

The caramel frappe shakes are awesome the new quarter pounder cooked fresh and hot is awesome and the second one is only a dollar and I spoke to the chef a new older white gentleman so instead of getting burnt burgers I got perfectly cooked burgers. The french fries and hot fudge sundaes are delicious and they even have gourmet cookies. The restaurant is always clean and the employees are always polite and professional I absolutely love this place.
Imagine giving your kid these apple slices that expired a whole week ago. They taste like alcohol I know because I ate one before realizing. Also no toy in the happy meal ? I would?ve understand if they said we don?t have toys right now but I mean come on.

8/11/22 They were pleasant enough, but forgot my diving sauce for both ordering chicken nuggets and I didn't even have the apple cakes I paid.
Waited nearly 10 minutes before someone took my order. Food wasn't that good either
